Valerie hired me as her Proposal Photographer to capture her secret marriage proposal to her girlfriend Tyle. They vacationed to California from New York and Valerie proposed on a beach in Cayucos. It was entirely wonderful!!! She gave Tyler a hand written love letter and at the end it said “Now turn around” where Valerie held her ring!!!! These two brides are beautiful together, inside and out, and I am so thankful to be a part of such amazing displays of true love! Meeting couples so in love and inspiring is just a small perk of my job.

Hiring a photographer to capture a surprise proposal is a great idea!!! Such a fun job for a Central Coast Photographer!

Brittany just thought she was walking her dog with her boyfriend, meeting her parents in an hour for appetizers, and Daniel had it all set up! It’s so amazing to go back and view these treasured photos as one of the happiest days, and relive the feelings of having butterflies! Just before the proposal, while i’m trying to stay unseen, my adrenaline is always rushing. I am so lucky to witness the pure joy from surprise marriage proposals!
